    The inventory coordinator understands that every interaction, large or small, strengthens our mission as a company, and delivers an exceptional experience for all.  They represent the face of the brand in the community, ensures that the highest standards of the  five-sense are actioned with efficient store operating procedures.


    • Is an ambassador of the brand.
    • Is organized, detail-oriented, urgent and over-communicative.
    • Exhibits pride through positive demeanor, body language and personal presentation.
    • Demonstrates professional etiquette through integrity, honesty and respect for others.
    • Partner with Store Manager and Human Resources to ensure that all employee paperwork is compliant with company policies.
    • Review and discuss  any policy updates  with store  staff, and provide necessary  coaching  when  policy is not met.
    • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of all customer orders.
    • Handles all guest shipments and TO’s to provide a seamless omni-channel experience with our brand.
    • Oversees organization and maintenance of inventory and supplies.
    • Coordinate completion of needed store repairs and maintenance to ensure a safe and elevated store environment.
    • Maintenance of all store systems, including POS, computers, phone system, security equipment etc. Ensure all systems are functioning correctly to best support the guest experience.
    • Partner with management and store staff throughout the year to focus on inventory accuracy and resolve inventory discrepancies.
    • Work with corporate partners and inventory vendor to plan and execute accurate inventory audits.
    • Review store security measures to minimize shrink caused by internal and externafactors.

    • Minimum 2 years of related experience
